Need to find some space in your garage? Want to make some cash before Christmas? Do you have Ski or Snowboard equipment that you don't use or your kids have out grown? Why not sell it at our annual Ski Swap!

This year 's ski swap weekend marks the official kick off of our season. There may not be snow on the ground yet but anticipation is in the air!

So What's the Ski Swap All About?

  • Do you have items you would like to sell? Drop off and registration will take place on Friday, November 28th  between 5-8 pm and again on Saturday morning.  We're looking for ski and snowboard equipment. This includes boots, poles, even snowshoes and cross county gear. (Please, no straight skis or helmets). You name the asking price.
Don't know what it's worth? We will have experienced professionals on hand to help give you some advice.
  • The sale will take place Saturday, November 29th from 9:00am-5:00pm and Sunday, December 1st from 10:00am-3:00pm. Be sure to come early as it is a popular event.
  • Your portion of the proceeds of your sold items will be available within one week. Unsold items will need to be picked up at the end of day on Sunday.

Much More Will be Happening at the Hill During the Swap!

  • The Snow Sports Depot will be opening its doors for the season. Check out the new merchandise and welcome Melissa back. Looking for new Skis or boots? She will be happy to discuss your equipment needs.
  • When was the last time you had your skis or snowboard tuned-up? Special deals on ski and snowboard tune-ups for 2 days only. Binding Adjustment, Wax and Sharpen for only $20.
  • Get your season pass before the rates go up. Don't forget to register for this season's snow school programs and events. Register early to avoid disappointment as many of the programs sold out last year.
  • We're having a bake sale! You won't want to miss these yummy treats while supplies last.
  • Enjoy a burger or sausage from the barbeque and grab a coffee or tea during your visit.
  • Meet the Ski Ben Eoin management and board of directors to discuss the exciting future for your ski hill. They want to have your input and hear your comments.

We are hoping for an old fashion Cape Breton Winter! If the white stuff is a bit late arriving our hard working snow making team will be ready to go!

We will be opening on December 20th- 23rd for tubing while we work on getting the Hill open for December 26th.
