FAMILY DAY ANNOUNCED

On Sunday 3 April join us at Kings Place for this year's Family Day. The line-up includes: a special pre-publication conversation with Michael Rosen around his new book Please Write SoonHow To Be Awesome: Lessons From Great Jewish Girls with Goodnight Golda author Batya Bricker; a talk from Debra Barnes on her mother's Holocaust story and the children's novel it inspired, The Young Survivors; and a free Fantastic Animals drawing workshop with Jewish Children Book Awards winning illustrators Carol Isaacs & Sharon Spitz. FROM OUR FRIENDS AT SOUTHBANK CENTRE
Beginning with the ancient ritual of the Passover feast, Seder is a multidisciplinary work exploring the themes of ritual, retelling and survival. Through a mixture of jazz drumming, otherworldly sound, contemporary dance, breaking, krump and poetry, the cohort create an immersive performance world. Southbank Centre, 20 April.
