The Hughes Clinic was attended by over 30 tennis players. The video taping of participants' serves, followed by instant feedback (provided by Roger Boyer) on how to improve one's serve, was very well received by all. Now we just need to implement what we learned :-).
The Jack Dow tournament was held May 2-5. There were 30+ doubles team playing in three divisions 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0. This year we tried very hard to make sure people played in their proper brackets. (A definite improvement over last year!)
The summer drill schedule and the summer group play schedules are up on our website. Please click here for the drill schedule and here for the group play schedule. Summer is a great time to get outside to play so get out and have some fun.
If you are a 3.0 to 4.0 player, the STPC Summer Team Tennis League plays on Tuesday mornings throughout the summer 9-11am.
