HAPPY NEW YEAR!
The new year is a time for introspection, examination, planning and renewal. Take this opportunity to look carefully at your life and create some exciting plans for 2014!

GET FIT
News reports say that the biggest New Year’s resolutions are to get fit or lose weight. Reports also say that most people give up on this quest by the end of two months. My personal experience is that most people rarely last three weeks! We believe in fitness here at Chinn & Associates. We counsel our clients that the best way to handle the stress of domestic situations is to work out. Check out our website where we have helpful hints on physical as well as mental and spiritual fitness.

BASKETBALL IN FULL SWING
Basketball season is in full swing and Conley, 15, is starting on the JA varsity team!

PUBLICATION
Mark will have an article on "cross examination of the expert" in the upcoming issue of the American Journal of Family Law.

HOLIDAY CLOSING
We will be closed for Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s birthday on January 20, 2014.

ABOUT THE TEAM:
Chad has been accepted to the MC Law Study Abroad Program for International Human Rights. He is currently in Merida, Mexico and will return January 8, 2013.  This class will  include legal and governmental visits to the Judicial Tribunal Center, the Yucatan State Legislature, and cutural tours to Chichen Itza and Uxmal.

RECEPTION:
As we say every month, our firm believes in what we call “Ritz Carlton Service.” We have invested in a telephone system which allows access to all of our team members and allows for voice mail messages. If you call and wish to speak to a particular person and they are unavailable, you may either leave a voice mail or ask to speak with someone else. Listed below are our extension numbers. We also want our clients to be able to contact us after hours about emergency matters, so our cell phone numbers are also listed below.
