PRESENTATIONS:  Mark and Matthew will present together at The Mississippi College School of Law on April 19, 2013 on the topic of “The Ethics of Family Law Mediation.”  Mark has written and spoken extensively across the country on the benefits of resolving family law disputes through mediation. He has authored a book published by the American Bar Association called, The Constructive Divorce.

IN THE OFFICE:  Judy’s back! As you know, our firm wanted to do something special for Judy, so we gave her a one-month sabbatical which she decided to take in March. During that time, she celebrated her birthday on March 16.

FAMILY MATTERS: Soccer and track season will be in full swing starting this month!

ANNUAL REPORT REMINDER:  Annual reports for corporations and limited liability companies (LLC's) must be filed with the Secretary of State’s Office by April 15, 2013. Annual reports may be filed online. Failure to file your annual report may result in the dissolution of your company. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Business Services Division of the Secretary of State’s Office at 601-359-1633 or toll-free at 1-800-256-3494.

TRACK SEASON  is here and Mark will be spending a few afternoons watching! Watch the video of Conley winning the high jump. Can you do this?
RECEPTION: As we say every month, our firm believes in what we call “Ritz Carlton Service.” We have invested in a telephone system which allows access to all of our team members and allows for voice mail messages. Judy only works mornings. If you call and wish to speak to a particular person and they are unavailable, you may either leave a voice mail or ask to speak with someone else. Listed below are our extension numbers. We also want our clients to be able to contact us after hours about emergency matters, so our cell phone numbers are also listed below.
