COVID-19 Update

Virtual Clinic
Please be advised that due to COVID-19 concerns and in keeping with social distancing to reduce spread of the virus, we have stopped seeing patients physically at the Healthcare 365 clinic.  

We are working remotely from the safety of our homes and assure you all calls and emails will be responded to as usual by all staff.  All phone calls for medical advice will be held remotely with Dr. Kohut, Erin or Tanya (upon her return next week).
Cancelling / Rescheduling
Non-Essential Upcoming Appointments
If you wish to reschedule or cancel any outside tests or specialist appointments, you must do so by calling the facilities directly.

Please let me know by email once you have updated your outside appointments.

We will continue to provide best practices to ensure everyones safety and good health.
