Corona has changed life in an instant...
I was amongst the first people to have work cancelled due to Corona virus. I was supposed to be in Shanghai last month w/my band, but China was way ahead of the curve as far as Covid-19 is concerned. Now everyone in the US is focused on how to #flattenthecurve as social distancing and shutdowns are everywhere (and unfortunately unnecessary to protect those we love).
Cooped up in my apartment like everyone else in NYC, I spent my entire first day under the quarantine working on this simple video to lift people's spirits in these dark times. I uploaded it in the middle of the night to Instagram, Youtube & Facebook, and this morning it took off:

I fear we are just at the beginning of a long, dark stretch for all of us with even more restrictions to come, upending our daily lives for who knows how long. I wish safety and health for all of you, and in these trying times, I hope a little bit of humor, joy and levity helps you get through it all. We need music now more than ever!
