Increase in Annual Assessment
The Board's most important responsibility is prudent spending of your assessments. During this Saturday's Neighborhood Meeting we will review our finances and talk about why the assessments will increase. Transaction level detailed expenditure can be viewed by all association members by signing into the Committee Member Login at the bottom of our Community Website. (you do not have to be on a committee)  Click here to view our Meeting Agenda.
2016 Dues & Late Fee Schedule 
Base Assessment for 2017 remains at $440.00. After January 31st late fees apply as shown below.
  • $440.00 - If paid by Jan 31
  • $484.00 - If paid after Jan 31
  • $584.00 - If paid after Feb 28
  • $584.00 + Legal fees incurred in effort to collect dues - If paid after March 31st
2017 Easy Payment Options
2017 assessments are due on January 1st with a 30 day grace period. The following easy payment options are available.

Nov $150.00

Final payment must be received on or before January 31st to avoid late fees. Payment is considered received on the postmark date.
Do Not Wait Until March! 
In case you are unable to pay the dues all at once in January please take advantage of the easy pre-payment options shown above. Do not wait until March to as it will be too late by then. and additional fees will apply.
Final Deed Violation Notices 
In case you have received a (3rd) final deed violation notice the Board would like to urge you to please address the violation promptly to avoid legal action. Any homeowner that does not correct a violation after notices have been sent will be responsible for any legal charged incurred in seeking compliance. In most cases the legal fees far exceed the cost of correcting the violation. Some common violations that have received final notices include but are not limited to the following:
  • Commercial vehicles and trucks
  • Commercial trailers
  • Lawn & flowerbed maintenance
  • Trash cans stored in public view
  • Un-approved modifications
  • Inoperable vehicles
  • Unleashed pets roaming neighborhood
  • Basketball goals left in public view
National Night Out 
This is a community-police awareness-raising event held each year nationwide. Let get together with our local law enforcement officers at our community recreation center to discuss how we can make our community safer. Hot dogs and refreshments will be provided. Tuesday October 4th - 6:00PM to 8:30PM
