Happy New Year!
We wish all of you a very Happy New Year and much health and happiness in the months to come. With the new year comes New Year’s Resolutions. Usually New Years resolutions focus on something we do to improve ourselves or our lives. This year, make volunteering in your community one of your resolutions so that together we can improve our community.
Assessment Collection (Aiming for 100% compliance)
As with previous years, we start off this year with a commitment to seek and attain 100% compliance in assessment collection. We are currently at 44% but hope to see that move closer to 90% by the end of this week (January 31st). For association members that need additional time to pay, please be sure to sign and return a Payment Agreement with your first payment by January 31st.
What 100% Compliance Does for Our Community
  • Eliminates thousands of dollars in administrative, legal and collection costs. This leaves more funds to put towards security, maintenance and community improvement.
  • Eliminates many hours of administrative work required to track delinquencies and send out delinquency notices.
  • Frees up board members and volunteers time, allowing them to focus on other community maintenance & improvement projects.
Your Rights & Responsibilities.
Our Homeowners Association provides a system of self-governance whereby residents elect one another to serve on the board of directors and on committees for the betterment of the community. Beyond paying your dues your are encouraged to stay engaged, volunteer on committees and on the board, attend meetings, contribute
ideas for making our community better, participate in discussions about how your money will be spent and stay informed about your Rights and Responsibilities.
Our Association.
Community volunteer leaders and members can maximize the benefits of community association living by better understanding the history, purpose, and function of community associations. To this end all association members are encouraged to visit our community website. The About Us page summarizes how our association works and answers frequently asked questions. The Documents page contains our association's governing documents which are the basis for how our association operates. The Safety & Security page describes programs that are in place in our subdivisions to fight crime. The Management page list all the volunteers that help in the Management of our community and has information about how our elections are carried out, our governance guidelines and links to sign up to join a committee.
