Jesus—Is Everything To Me

In Jesus we have everything we need and so much more.

We can be complete in Jesus.

Our capacity to experience Him can increase day-by-day, if we invite Him in. As this process of cleansing takes place—the act of inviting Jesus in—the rubbish inside our sin-stained-hearts can start to dissipate.

When Jesus lives within—it's impossible for you to have a need He cannot meet.

When we have Jesus, we have absolutely everything.

In Jesus we have wisdom, forgiveness, righteousness, sanctification, salvation, peace, redemption, joy and strength to persevere through the hardships of life.

In Jesus are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

Please allow me to remind you, my Castle Hill Church family—when you need wisdom, Jesus is your wisdom.

When you need righteousness, Jesus is your righteousness.

When you need sanctification and redemption, Jesus is both to you.

When you need faith, He is your faith.
Since Jesus is infinite and abundantly accessible to you, desiring Jesus is the best way to live.

So remember, when you are weak, He is your strength.

When you are lonely, He is your faithful companion.

When you are sick, He is your healing and health.

When you feel vulnerable, He is your shield.

When you are troubled and anxious, He is your peace.

Jesus, the great I AM says to you, “I AM to you as I was to Joshua, Caleb, Joseph, Daniel, Ruth, Mary, Paul, and so many more."
I'm always looking for Christian music to enjoy, I came across this song by Avalon,

"Everything to me"
We're living in uncertain times
And more and more I find that I'm aware
Of just how fragile life can be
I want to tell the world I found
A love that turned my life around
They need to know that they can taste and see
Now everyday I'm praying
Just to give my heart away
I want live for Jesus
So that someone else might see that he is...

Everything to me
He's more than a story
more than words on a page of history
He's the air that I breath
The water I thirst for
And the ground beneath my feet
Jesus is everything
And looking back over my life at the end
I'll go to meet you saying you've been everything to me


As we start this week, remember, when God gave us Jesus, He gave us not just His best—but everything.

We are truly rich because we have Christ—In Him we have everything we need and so much more.
Ephesians 3:20-21
Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.

The Local Church Is The Hope Of The World
There’s nothing like the local church when the local church is working right—it’s the hope of the world.

When it’s going well it is amazing.

When people are coming to faith in Christ, and hurting people are finding deep healing, and young people are alive with excitement in following Jesus, and the beauty and power of true community is being expressed across the generations and the cultural diversities—it truly is a sight to behold.

May this continue to be our dream and aspiration at Castle Hill. Even though we're living lives away from church—where many are living in isolation—we can still be the most loving church. We can be the hope of the world.
