Europeans are the most unreached people-group

Europe is the least evangelized part of the World

The Cradle of Civilization and Christianity after surviving two horrible World War, a Nazi and a Communist mass-killing regime is now the least gospel-saturated area of our Globe. The statistic above is very sobering. We see how rapidely the institutionalized church is loosing the battle to win people to Christ. In the age group of 15-29 in the past 10 years the number of people who go to church dropped 40%. In that same age group the number who rejects religion grew 50%. Once, Europe was the missionary-sending hub of the World, now became the most missionary-needy mission-field. BUT what's really a good news is that the number of young people who rejects God has not grown. Yes, the next generation wants to hear about God even when they reject the church as an institution. We experience that daily as we approach students in dorms or in classrooms and 9 out of 10 will want to talk about Christ. It was such a joy recently hearing our student leaders at our weekly student leadership Bible-study sharing stories after stories of how they led their fellow students to the Lord! We see a new generation of radical believers growing up who will turn this Lost Continent up side down and will heal her wounds! What an exciting time Jesus allowed us to live in!

God has answered your prayers

  1. Renato got accepted to go to the International Christian School of Budapest. This is a life-changing event in his life and in our family. It was a very difficult decision for us to make for many reasons, but after much prayer we have peace that this is God's will for his life. Pray for him as he enters into a new situation, studying everything in a foreign language and in a foreign system. He misses his old classmates.
  2. Rahel got offers to study Human Sciences from several universities, but the best one she got came from the University of London (UCL). Last year UCL was ranked the 4th best university in the world (topuniversities.com). Much work is ahead of her to complete many tests.
  3. The talks I've given to university professors and at the Baptist Mission Conference went well. The Baptist Magazine is publishing that message this month.
  4. Our LEGAL SAGA finally looks like is getting to an end! After 3 years of tortures bureaucratic processes it looks like that by the end of January we will have an acceptable solution. Pray as we work on all the tidies details.
We plan to have two Christmas outreaches for student in December. But the most important emphases is prayer as we close this year with some special prayer days with our staff. Pray for us as we prepare to lead our staff at several staff events between December 16-20. Much prayer and preparation needs to go into that time.
