The Interface

Doug Dietzman, GLHC Executive Director

The holiday season brings with it a sense of reflection.  What are we thankful for?  What has the last year brought?  What are our hopes for the coming year?

First, I am thankful for those who have participated with and supported us this past year.  Thank you, thank you, thank you!  GLHC exists because of the tangible problem-solving solutions and services that you are collaboratively working with us to develop.  From those serving on our Board of Directors to the staff at the smallest clinic, faithfully serving their community, I am so grateful for your investments of time, effort, and dollars.  GLHC is a reflection of your commitment and collaborative spirit.

Second, I am thankful for the GLHC staff.  Our team is passionate, exceptionally skilled, missional in their daily focus, deeply caring towards others, and are a group that I am honored to serve alongside.  My mind also drifts to those on our team that are struggling with significant health issues and personal challenges.  As we rally around them, we invite your thoughts and prayers on their behalf as well.

Walking Our Talk – GLHC Gives Back

Referral Application Upgrade

Documents can now be attached in an “XML format” within the GLHC Referrals Application to assist with Meaningful Use. “XML” is a way to send information from EMR to EMR, the only way approved for Meaningful Use. It also gives the receiving office the ability to incorporate the information into their EMR/EHR.
User Guides:
It is recommended that you work with your EHR/EMR vendor to determin how to incorporate documents into the patient’s record.
