COUNTRY SUNSETS
We have some of the most incredible sunsets and sunrises here in Griffith. Immerse yourself in the spectacular pink and orange skies. A perfect spot to take it all in is at the Hermit's Cave  Lookout which is perched high on the ridge of Scenic Hill, overlooking  the city scape.

BEST TAIWANESE CRISPY CHICKEN
A local secret and Tourism Team fave is Ting's Taiwanese crispy, salt and pepper chicken. These bite sized snacks are a delicious treat, and can be found at Ting's Asian Market International Foods at 84 Yambil Street, Griffith.

Make sure you try it, you won't regret it. 
GELATI ON BANNA AVE

Griffith is renowned for delicious food, and the gelati is certainly worth raving about. Take your pick from a vast range of mouth-watering homemade flavours and wander down our tree lined main street for a fulfilling afternoon in Griffith.

SIP + STRETCH AT YARRAN WINES
Saturday 9 April, 8:30am - 10am
What better way to start your weekend than a wonderful morning of Yoga, a light breakie and bubbles at Yarran Wines. Join Em from Saltbush Stretch for a 45 minute yoga class on the winery lawns followed by a glass of Yarran bubbles and breakie bar overlooking the vineyards and Cocoparra National Park from the cellar door terrace. PIONEER PARK MUSEUM ACTION DAY

PRODUCER'S MARKET AT PICCOLO FAMILY FARM

Spend the morning at Piccolo Family Farm exploring stalls at their first Producer's Market, showcasing local artisans, makers, and produce. There will be food and coffee as well as live music and fun kids activities to make the morning family friendly.

Curry & Jam is an annual event hosted by the Griffith Country Education Foundation, held annually at the Binya hall, with all profits going towards assisting local youth to pursue their goal. Enjoy delicious curries prepared by the Griffith Sikh Community and wines by Yarran Wines with live music and dancing under the stars with Griffith's very own Mersey Beats.

LIVE SHOWS AT THE THEATRE

GRIFFITH TWILIGHT MARKET
We held a Twilight Market in the CBD with assistance from the NSW Government as part of the NSW Festival of Place, a state wide initiative where the activities are free, open and accessible to all and are about activating open spaces in our city centres. The market was very well received, with over 1,700 people in attendance.

CANBERRA WEEKLY
A wonderful article included in Canberra Weekly recapping an idyllic long weekend visit to Griffith, courtesy of the Gem Hotel. The weekend was filled with authentic Griffith experiences, with a meal at the Bull & Bell, wine tasting at Calabria Family Wines and exploring the main street and iconic places such as the Hermit’s Cave.
