Stop by a roadside stall and pick up a bag of fresh oranges, direct from the farmgate, knowing you are directly supporting our local farmers. Call in to Griffith Tourism Hub where the Visitor Servicing Team can direct you to some of these roadside stalls!

LAYER UP AND TAKE TO THE SKIES
It may be winter but the sun still shines bright in Griffith. Grab a coat, grab a kite, and spend a sunny afternoon at Ted Scobie oval. The perfect kite-flying location over a stunning local vista.

OPEN DAY

As part of Local Government Week celebrations, the Griffith Tourism Hub, Griffith Visitor Information Centre will be hosting an open day, in conjunction with the re-opening of the newly renovated interpretive display area. Pop down to meet the Griffith Tourism Team, learn about the services offered, upcoming events and what Griffith has to offer - you may even learn something new about Griffith! 
 

WINTER WONDERLAND
13 - 18 August 2022

Family Funland transforms into a Winter Wonderland for the last two weeks of winter. Headlined by a Synthetic Ice Skating Rink and visits from your favourite winter characters. This will be a winter delight for the whole family!

BUSH SUMMIT
Thursday 25 & Friday 26 August
The long-awaited Bush Summit is finally on it's way to Griffith, bringing Australia and NSW's key political players to the city to discuss regional Australia's positives and negatives alike. The new Prime Minister will be in attendance, the NSW Premier and our new Mayor of Griffith, Cr Doug Curran.

ITALIAN OPERA @ PICCOLO FAMILY FARM
Wednesday 24 & Thursday 25 August 6pm
Co-Opera presents Puccini’s ‘Gianni Schicchi’, for Italian Opera at Piccolo Family Farm. Ticket price includes a fully catered dinner using local produce by Limone Dining, world class performance by Co-Opera and matching local beverages, on the beautiful grounds of Piccolo Family Farm.

GRIFFITH FESTA DEL SALSICCE E SALAMI

Long lunch to announce and celebrate the winners of the "Casella Family Brands and Leo Franco Motors" homemade salami competition for 2022. This event is now sold out, however you can pop into the Yoogali Club on Saturday to see the judging take place from 1.30pm to 2.30pm!
