Rise for Climate, Jobs and Justice - Dublin
GEAI was present at the event "Rise for Climate, Jobs and Justice" organised by Stop Climate Chaos in Buswells Hotel, Dublin, on December 5th.
We asked TDs to consider fair payment for small-scale renewable energy generation, to support the Micro-generation Bill and sustainable forestry and to think about how Northern and Western Region could become a leader in Climate Change and a renewable powerhouse for Ireland.
We had great discussions with many TDs at this event including Tony McLoughlin from Sligo-Leitrim (in photo) and Caoimhín Ó Caoláin from Cavan.
