Yet we persevere. We question, we learn, we grow. We adapt. We invent. And through it all, one thing has not changed: the need for connection.

Throughout the Spring and early Summer our Friday morning “Navigating Together” sessions were Zoom-enabled peer support conversations across institutions.
Our first “Anti-Racism Study Group” is bringing us together with eight other white learners from across the country, creating a space to challenge ourselves to do and be better.
We are helping coaching clients reflect on, learn from and appreciate all that they and their colleagues are accomplishing in this uncharted time.
- And we are reconfiguring our clients' leadership development programs to meet the needs and possibilities of the moment.
Additionally, our Rising Professionals
program is one proven way to develop professionally while connecting virtually with peer managers across institutions. This community of practice provides an intimate space for managers to share current challenges, practice essential skills and strategies, and give and receive consultation.
