Staff Snippet: AB1266

As you have heard, our opposition's efforts to repeal a new CA law ensuring that transgender students have opportunities to do well in school (AB1266) has failed. OFC is poised to continue our work with statewide coalitions to ensure that all of our kids have a fair chance to succeed in every institution. But we need your help with our advocacy efforts! There are major roles to be filled, depending on your area of expertise and interest (e.g. family advocate, speakers’ bureau representative, blog contributor, etc). Simply submit this form noting your area of interest today and we'll be in touch to discuss possibilities! We greatly appreciate your support in promoting a better world for all our families.

In gratitude,
Renata Moreira, Policy & Communications Director

From the Blog

Have you and your children read Jacob’s New Dress yet? I recently had the pleasure of chatting with authors, Sarah and Ian Hoffman, about their wonderful work. They are now officially on my “Phenomenal People on Earth” list (and OFC’s recommended children’s book list).  Continue reading...
