Dear Friend,

The Re-engage team has enjoyed seeing photographs of our first tea party group reunions and we thought we'd share the photograph below of the Bexleyheath group. Other groups may not be ready to re-start tea parties just yet and we're encouraging everyone to proceed at their own pace.

Call companions Gareth and Gordon were matched during the pandemic and have never been stuck for conversation.  You can read about their weekly chats, and how they support each other, below.

Do take a minute to read about our face to face activity sessions for those over 75 in Wales, funded by the Welsh government.  Our sessions include: chair yoga, tai chi, dance, exercise to music, bocce, curling, pottery and bowls. There's plenty of variety.

And finally, Sunday 6th October is Silver Sunday; a national day of activities for older people. We've shared information about how you can get involved below.

Thank you for your ongoing support and we hope you enjoy the read.

It has been 18 long months since members of this tea party group in Bexleyheath were last together. 'Our free, inclusive activity sessions in Wales'
We have launched our free, weekly face to face inclusive exercise sessions for those over 75 in Wales. The groups include: dance, chair yoga, tai chi and general activities and take place in a relaxed and friendly setting.
