Dear supporter,

As the national lockdown continues to ease in places, we outline the charity's position on resuming face-to-face activities and tea parties. We also speak to 82-year-old Pat, from Kent, who shares five things she's missed most from her life before Covid.

Of course, life is still far from normal and it could be many more months before social clubs and activities for older people start up again. We'd like to say a huge thank you to all our new call companions and coordinators who are bringing such joy and friendship to older people at this difficult time. We include news of two exciting new partnerships which will help us to continue to deliver this incredibly valuable service into next year.
