Retreat Season

Over the past month, YJA has hosted 5 of it's 6 annual Regional Retreats! Jain youth from around the country attended in record-breaking numbers for a weekend of Jain sessions, social and networking opportunities, and of course lots of Jain and Vegan food. Shout out to our Regional Coordinators for putting together such memorable events for everyone.

Netflix and Skillz

Are you ready to binge-watch How I Met Your Mother, Friends, and all your favorite TV shows? If so, get ready to chill during this year’s Talent Competition, Netflix and Skillz, where our emcees will guide you through some of your favorite TV classics while showcasing some of the best talents your fellow young Jains have to offer!

If you are interested in participating in the Talent Competition, please download the Registration Packet and email the completed version to social.chi@yja.org by April 15, 2018.

Only less than 4 MONTHS until the 2018 YJA Convention where we will gather in Chicago to Reconnect with Our Roots! Meet the people behind the scenes who are working to ensure that this Convention will be the best one yet. Check out their bios and more at convention.yja.org/board.

Convention Adult Volunteers

The 2018 YJA Convention would not be possible without the support of our volunteers. The Adult Volunteer Coordinator Convention Committee is looking for dedicated individuals to help us host a successful Convention. We need volunteers from around 8 AM on Thursday, July 5th to 2 PM on Sunday, July 8th. Generally, volunteers will be working from around 6 AM to 3 AM during various shifts on the Friday and Saturday (July 6th/7th) of Convention.
