Lighting the Way!
"There are two ways of spreading light: to be the candle or the mirror that reflects it."
- Edith Wharton

We are entering the darker and damper months in the Pacific NW. Over my past ten years living here in Seattle, I've developed a deep appreciation for the rain that nurtures the lush greenery that is a feast for our eyes all year round. The low hanging clouds and darker days can be an invitation to go inward and incubate dreams for when the light and warmth return. Incubation requires warmth and I say, light! I also know that this time of year can bring a layer of dampness and darkness to one or more of the four realms that comprise our wheel of well-being: mind, body, heart and spirit. To that end, I am excited to share some new offerings intended to bring warmth, light and healing energy into these four realms! May our inner light reflect radiance onto one another and the world around us.

First, the last class in the four-part series of ArcanaDance: Dance of the Emperor, will be held this Thursday evening, October 29 at 7:00pm at Embrace the Moon in Ballard. The class focus is on incubating dreams for future manifestation. Drop-in's are welcome ($15).

Then, I hope you will join me for:

About the mini-retreat:
In the tarot, the Star card represents the symbolic archetype of the guiding light. Light is a source of hope, faith and divine guidance. When we explore this archetype, we have the ability to align ourselves to the north star within to guide our way in reclaiming a sense of inner peace and renewal, especially during of after times of challenge in our lives.

Join me for this safe and sacred mini-retreat where we will cultivate practices to ignite and strengthen the light within to bring forth inner peace, renewal and healing. We will then go on a movement odyssey, collaboratively choreographing a dance that honors and celebrates the guiding light within.

No tarot or dance experience required. All are welcome.
