The Fall Down Funny Roast Of Broadway!

From the poison pen of funny-man Gerard Alessandrini comes the fall-down funny musical roast of over 30 Broadway hits, featuring outrageous costumes, hilarious rewrites of the songs, and madcap impressions by a stellar cast!

In this long-running Off-Broadway hit musical revue, Broadway’s greatest musical legends meet Broadway’s greatest satirist in this hilarious, loving, and endlessly entertaining tribute to some of the theatre’s greatest stars and songwriters.  The musical roast of Broadway has picked up 9 Drama Desk Awards, a Special Tony, an Obie, a Lucille Lortel and Drama League Award.

OleanTheatre Workshop is celebrating musical legends with a send-up of The Great White Way. Forbidden Broadway's Greatest Hits parodies beloved musicals, including Chicago, The Phantom of The Opera, Wicked, The Fiddler on the Roof, and many more. This satire pays tribute to some of theatre’s most cherished stars and songwriters.

Show Dates---Aug 11-13
Macbeth is one of Shakespeare’s shortest yet most powerful and beloved tragedies. The Scottish king and his murderous queen are two of the most memorable characters in all Shakespeare’s works. The characters and events are intense and bloody, driven by greed, ambition and the influences of the supernatural. Macbeth remains relevant even after 400 years, as it delves into our most archetypical, primal conflicts: the dance between good and evil, fate and choice, madness and sanity.  In these characters, we are shown the dark sides of our own psychology and desires, and are left to question how far we would each go to obtain ultimate power.
