Eagle View Elementary Parent Teacher Organization is looking for Business Sponsors
Letter from Paula Anderson -President Eagle View Elementary Parent Teachers Organization:
We are getting in gear for our annual Family Fun Night for 2017. The event is our group's way to say "thank you" to the families of all our students and our staff. It is their hard work and dedication each year that allow us to fund worthwhile items such as books, all the annual subscriptions for our classrooms, head phones and calculators, new classroom furniture, assemblies, and special visits from authors and artists each year (not a complete list.)
Each year we have an inexpensive pizza dinner for families among free of charge events that include carnival games, inflatable bounce houses/slides, bingo, face painting, and a craft room for younger kids.
The last few years we've included an auction of themed baskets. This is the only event that costs anything ($1/ticket). In years past we've asked our parents to donate items to create these baskets -- each grade being given a different theme.
This year we'd like to not ask our parents for yet another donation. The PTO has set a budget for a number of baskets, but as a way of promoting local businesses (many of our families work at or own local companies), we'd love to ask the chamber's support in getting the word out to your members that we would love to have their help.
The EVE PTO would like to ask our local businesses to donate either items from their businesses, and/or gift cards for goods or services to our annual event. We'd be appreciative of either single items or entire basket donations. Any business donating will be prominently advertised during the event and in newsletters following. Eagle View is unique as the only public elementary school not located in the home town. We'd like to celebrate that difference by teaming up to support the community businesses right here at home. We feel the good-will generated by the ENM Chamber Members' participation will offer increased business for those members.

Chamber members here is a great opportunity to give back to the Community and also get you name in front of all the families that attend Eagle View.
For any business that may not have a product or service suitable for their raffle but would still like to support their cause, they are offering the option to sponsor a basket.  For $30, that basket would have a  "sponsored by: business name" sign and you would also be included in their sponsor boards and mentions on their Facebook page and at their event. If any business is interested in donating, they are asking that they have your donation ready by Feb 15th.  A volunteer from their group can pick it up from your business or it can be dropped off at Eagle View's office during regular hours, 7:30 a.m. - 4:15 p.m. M-F Contact name Sara Sprosty 218-779-9309
