The days are getting shorter and shorter here in the North. It's hard sometimes to find the energy to train and keep doing my rehab exercises but the dark nights have some beauties and some great songs to go with it! Enjoy the autumn and the winter, that it's slowly coming!
IT'S ALL ABOUT YOGA
For some time I have been wanting to learn more about yoga, and one of the best ways to learn is to learn how to teach as well, so I joined a yoga teaching course for 1 month, 200 hours, and it was a great experience. Very intense with theory and practical yoga lessons, anatomy, yoga philosophy and meditation. I also organized a yoga camp with some friends in Sweden, where we combined yoga and running. It creates a great energy for the rest of the dark season that is coming up here int he north!
I'm deeply engaged on preserve the environment and I'm really proud as I've been awarded by a Norwegian Sea Protection Organization. Small things also count!
WHAT ABOUT RUNNING?
I've training quite hard during this month in order to get back in shape.
The training is going well and putting myself some small goals for the upcoming weeks!

In November I'll be training with the Swedish Ski Mountaineering Team in order to get ready for winter.
Member of Salomon International team and a devoted lover of the mountains. The best time is the time out in the mountains where the clock and the world outside doesn’t count. In the summertime I run in them and in winter time I go skiing.
