The Philly Bike Share Forum
The Mayor’s Office of Transportation and Utilities (MOTU) is presenting The Philly Bike Share Forum on Tuesday April 30th at 6:30 PM (doors open at 6:00 PM) hosted by the Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University
Come hear presentations from some of the nation’s best bike sharing systems. The dynamic officials from Boston, Denver and Washington DC, who spearheaded their bike share programs, will discuss the experiences developing, launching and operating the bike sharing systems in their cities. The forum will conclude with a brief presentation on the City of Philadelphia’s plans to launch a first-class bike sharing system by the Fall of 2014.

Bike Share Equipment Demonstration
Also on April 30th at Rittenhouse Square, 18th and Walnut streets. There will be a bike share equipment demonstration of various bikes and bike docking stations from different bike share companies. Come by at lunch, during the afternoon or after work, take a look and maybe test ride one of these bikes!
