Kawil lights up
Lighting up Kawil

We were very proud to recently work on 34-metre sailing yacht, Kawil. Hauled out in Orams Marine, next to our Auckland base, we were pleased to work on her helm stations during the yacht's larger refit period. The results are highly-functional custom control panels, designed for easy use, and in keeping with the yacht's aesthetics. Thanks for working with us guys, and safe sailing!

Asea
Converting clients to ASEA

As Australasian ASEA agents, we're delighted to announce the supply of the first world-wide customised ASEA shore power converter - a two piece AC50Q installed on SY Sassafras. The converter was custom-made to fit into a tight space on Sassafras and has been so successful, ASEA is putting the size into production.
METS
Keeping the power on

We were thrilled to see the IMED Load Control Module (LCM6) featured recently in Dockwalk magazine. Developed in-house, the LCM6 monitors electrical system load and turns consumers on/off as required to prevent or minimise risk of overload. This ensures minimal power waste and conserves generator life. The load control module is one of a selection of products IMED offers.
METS
Switching it up

In line with our ethos of continual technology development, we have engineered the next generation of switch blocks. Resulting in a tidier, and more streamlined helm beneath the surface, the new design also results in the need for even less spares - making unlikely replacements easy for the onboard engineer.
