Our first Trans-Tasman wine dinner will be held on Wednesday 12th of February, co-hosted by our Australian and New Zealand Principal Wine Writers, Huon Hooke and Bob Campbell MW.
Join us as we taste our way through 14 top wines in a seven-bracket showdown, Australia versus New Zealand. There is sure to be healthy debate between Huon and Bob on the night.
These top wines will be paired with a six-course meal from the Golden Century’s private restaurant, Wine Bank on level 3. Jon Osbeiston, Head Sommelier, has paired these special wines with various dishes including their signature live pippies in XO sauce, scallops, lobster and Peking duck and more.
