BLUE BANDAGE POLOCROSSE
Great News!
As of the end of July in its first season Blue Bandage Polocrosse has introduced 167 new or returning players into our sport! (114 females and 53 males)

With new players brings new spectators, families and hopefully club members to our sport!

We encourage all clubs to allocate and advertise a timeslot for Blue Bandage at their event please, so our Blue Bandage players can see where they can attend around the state!  It can be as easy as using the subbies timeslot and running the two in conjunction with each other, if you need assistance the zone contacts and state contacts would be more than happy to help out if they can.

If you are unsure about hosting Blue Bandage please contact your zones or Mary Day, Tony Puglia or Salli Galvin – it really is as simple as running subbies or alternatively contact the SEO we will make it as easy as we possibly can.
Database
The database has now been updated so it is easier to nominate blue bandage players for events. Click here for database instructions!

PONY CLUB POLOCROSSE
Kojonup Pony Club Polocrosse Day
Recently Kojonup Polocrosse Club member Sally Fleay conducted a polocrosse coaching day at the Kojonup Pony Club. Teaching the future stars of the sport!
King River Pony Club Rally
Luke Hagedoorn recently attended the King River Pony Club rally day to teach the riders the basics of polocrosse.

Pony Club Secretary Michelle Ericsson positively reported "We can’t thank Luke from Southern Zone Polocrosse enough for coming for the day and teaching all the riders the basics of Polocrosse. The squeals of laughter could be heard all over the grounds and the close riding practice will now make any warm up area look deserted!! The riders learnt to ride off the leg, stop and go quickly, move the shoulders and quarters, pick up, throw and if they were lucky, catch the ball!!!"
Has your club done any polocrosse coaching at your local pony club? Send in your photos and reports of the day to share! Email to zoedunlop@outlook.com.au by the 15th of each month.
