Hi <<First Name>>

I hope you've had a great week & weekend! Personally, my last week was EPIC (and exhausting - that's why you receive this newsletter a day later than usual), as I travelled around Iceland with space media and experiences company Space Nation to participate in an astronaut training bootcamp.

Me and 3 other influencers were sent on several missions to learn about the importance of communication, team work, survival skills and perseverance, ranging from having to drive a real Mars Rover to building shelter & making fire and from solving mind-boggling puzzles to going paragliding and even rescue someone from a cave!

To top it off, we got to meet Gisli Olafsson, one of the leading experts in the world on the use of technology in disaster response and astronaut/pilot Greg Johnson, who went to the ISS International Space Station twice. Both shared some amazing stories about their work and passion to make the world a better place, so that was incredibly inspiring.

This week really made it clear for me how interested I am in topics such as self-development, sustainability, technology and cultural understanding, and that I want to write many more articles for The Travel Tester on these topics in the future! If there is something in particular you'd like to read or learn more about, please let me know!

Keep an eye out on the blog, as my stories from Finland and Iceland will be rolling out in the next weeks. If you've missed the Iceland adventure, check out the hashtag #SpaceNationIceland on Twitter and Instagram to get up-to-date with this incredible campaign.

I'm currently editing my photos and will be starting to share them on social media from next week. Any questions about the trip or Space Nation, let me know!
