Dhaka Principles Relaunched on International Migrants Day

International Migrants Day, 18 December, marked the fifth anniversary of the Dhaka Principles for Migration with Dignity. To celebrate, IHRB has re-launched the Dhaka Principles website at www.dhaka-principles.org

The Dhaka Principles are designed to improve the rights of migrant workers. They guide employers, recruiters, and agents on respecting workers’ from the moment of recruitment, during overseas employment, and through to further employment or safe return to home countries.

The new site includes updated translations in 18 languages, as well as a refreshed Implementation Guide for practical tips and examples.
