It’s MAY

It’s been an eventful couple of months, we had the Briscoe Night of Artists and Spring Break.

It was an honor being invited to speak at the Collectors Summit at The Briscoe Museum with a group of really great people. The Night of Artists is such a great show to go to if you’re in San Antonio. 10/10 recommend.

Now that it’s May, we have the Settlers West Summer Show. I guess it’s summer in Tucson where this takes place on Saturday, May 7th. It’s definitely not summer yet here in northern Utah. We’ve had a cold spring- maybe things will warm up this month. How’s the weather where you’re at?

I created this painting, Out of the Shadows, for the Summer Show. I like the intense look on her face and that she’s looking right at you in this piece. I’ve added this next photo to show scale. Hopefully there’s someone out there in this world with a wall large enough to hold this painting 😄
