It's been a tough few weeks, LA. We hope you're doing well (and washing your hands).

In this newsletter: we're extending the deadline of the My LA2050 Grants Challenge to Friday, April 3 in response to all that's going on in our communities. We also want to hear from you about how you and your organizations are responding to the crisis to learn how we can assist. And, to help you stay connected as you practice social distancing, we've compiled a list of some virtual events.

You now have until April 3 to apply to the My LA2050 Grants Challenge.

In acknowledgment of the burden placed on many by COVID-19, we've extended the deadline by one week. Head to to submit your idea to make LA the best place to live, learn, play, create, or connect for a chance to win a piece of $1 million in grants.

Need some tips to complete your submission? Check out our "Application 101" guide for helpful information on how to best answer each of the questions and ensure your application shines.
