Mountain Sage Runners
Whether you have been a runner your whole life, are a brave member of the MSCS Dragons XC team, or you haven't run a step (yet), Coach Franck would like to invite everyone to join Mountain Sage Runners on Google Classroom. (Class code: ddaivu7). Mountain Sage Runners is open to all students, staff, families and alumni.

Starting May 26, Coach Franck will post weekly workouts, recommended routes, inspirations, running stories, races to participate in and more. Participants will also be invited to post their running stories, too. While so many of us feel stuck at home, thankfully nature is open and we can still get out and run!

Join our class, get on your running shoes and your mask, and get out there. The trail is waiting...Go Dragons!
