Welcome to the November edition of the FutureBeef update!

The latest climate outlook video (November to January) is now available from the BOM website. Very welcome rain over parts of outback Queensland has fallen, with some areas recording more than 100 mm. Here are some photos featured on the ABC news site.

Woody thickening reducing carrying capacity

Data from 617 sites across the Pilbara and Kimberley regions is showing woody thickening has been gradually reducing desirable pasture growth and accessibility for grazing animals over the last two decades. Read about the results.
