Park Shelter & Tennis Court Reservation Link
Our amenity reservation system has been updated to restrict access to residents only. One-time registration is required, please use the link below at any time. This is only required on the initial sign-up for your online reservations account, hosted on Skedda.

Tennis court reservations are free of charge, park shelter reservations cost $25. Registration is free of charge. The reservations policy can be found on the reservations page of our website. Please contact us with any questions about booking a space.

Property Guidelines in Construction Areas
A reminder from our community developer to please follow these rules in areas still under construction and in the open space:
  • Access to vacant lots or open space, including vehicular access, without explicit permission by the property owner is prohibited.
    • Unauthorized access constitutes trespassing.
    • You are responsible for informing anyone hired to work on your property.
  • Vacant lots and dumpsters are private property. Dumping is prohibited.
  • Materials delivered to vacant lots and to the street are private property. Don’t take materials without permission.
  • Do not throw yard or plant waste into the open space. It stifles native grass growth and encourages rodent/insect habitation.
  • Do not apply any materials to weeds in the open space or mow any area in the open space, even along a common fence adjacent to your lot.
Common Area Committee Survey Reminder
If you haven't already filled out the survey from the Common Area Committee (“CAC”), your feedback is appreciated - please click the button below to get started. Every year the budget is evaluated for adjustments. The committee will look at the survey results to help develop their recommendations to the Board of Directors.

Hops Garden Live Music and Food Truck - Fri, Sept. 9th, 5-7 p.m.
Our event season continues with a live music night at the Hops Garden. Playback covers songs from the last five decades, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Please note: This event will start an hour earlier to accommodate the earlier sunset time.
Cruz In and Eat will be offering a variety of options: street tacos, burritos, burgers, quesadillas, and more. Food truck service will be from 5-7 p.m., pay directly at the truck.
Calling All Home Brewers and Chili Cooks!
We still need home brewers and chili cooks for our fall event. Harvest some local hops in early September and brew up a batch of local beer to share with your Inspiration neighbors. We also need chili cooks to bring a batch of their best recipe for sharing at our Home Brew and Chili Cook-off event on Saturday, October 8th. To enter a home brew or chili contribution for the October event, please email staff@inspirationmetro.org.
Finance Committee Education Event - New Date Sept. 8th
There is one more chance to join an informational session from the Finance Committee: How Your District Money is Collected and Spent. The session previously scheduled for August 23rd at the Watering Hole will take place at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 8th.
