As part of the 2021 bond refunding, the Board secured the capital necessary to construct a long-planned community multi-purpose building. After reviewing multiple sites, the Board determined the most viable and cost-effective location for the project was unused District-owned land near the Inspiration Club pool. Community feedback led to a design concept that includes a community room and patio, club room, kitchen, one office, restrooms, pool storage and two-bay garage. View the current site plan and layout. This configuration and location are fully funded without the need to raise assessments or mill levies.
An alternative proposal would call for the pool location to be developed as a stand-alone clubhouse-style amenity with the garage moved to another location. This alternative would raise costs and require supplemental financing in the form of increased mill levies and/or assessments.
