A Developer Update presentation and Q&A will begin at 5:00 p.m., prior to the Board Meeting. Learn about current developer construction status as well as completed projects and future projects. The final 10 minutes will be reserved for Q&A. Developer updates are posted at inspirationmetro.org/developer.

Inspiration Metropolitan District will be adding and updating signage across the community as we get closer to full buildout of the infrastructure of the parks and trail system. Our NACs (parks) have names chosen by the developer. These names can be re-affirmed or changed by community consensus. Many of our paths and trails don’t yet have names. You can submit your preferences in the survey linked below until November 9th.

• Seasonal lighting can be displayed from November 15 to January 15. 
• Seasonal lighting located in the front of the home and in the front yard has no time-of-day restriction from November 15 to January 15.
• Seasonal lighting located on the side of the home and in the rear yard can be only illuminated until 10 p.m. if the side or rear yard is immediately adjacent to another home so as to not disturb neighbors.
• Holiday lighting can be affixed to District-owned fences using only temporary means, such as wreath hangers, so long as it does not damage the wood or stain. No nails, hooks, screws, or other hardware are to be attached to District fences.
