Welcome to the April issue of The Ripple Effect.
"In this month’s Link Letter we highlight one of the interesting “lenses” to come from our partner Edelman’s publication: The 2015 Trust Barometer. With trust levels at record lows, the study shows that employees are a vital source of credibility if organisations want to repair their reputation with consumers. Communications from regular employees and technical experts from inside companies have much greater credibility with the general public than do CEOs. Firms therefore need to both engage employees to become active advocates and spokespeople for the company while, at the same time, working on improving open and honest communications from senior leaders to enhance corporate credibility and reputation.

We hope you enjoy this month's reads."
