Welcome to all our new subscribers and students, and congratulations to graduates of our first 3 Pillars Strong program! The whales are migrating, the oak trees have heralded spring, creeks are flowing, the wildflowers are bursting. Have you noticed that birds and bees are really LOUD right now? I am such a happy lady. What are you doing to rejoice in the season?

I had an amazing time in Phoenix with my Z-Health colleagues in March. My ongoing education gives me the chance to connect with my incredible tribe of teachers and stuff my brain full of new inspiration. When I work on my own body and brain, I receive more wisdom and understanding about how to help others. Not that any of us is the same story, of course, but we are all governed by the same principles. We all need to practice skills which sharpen our brain's ability to direct our body with efficiency and precision. Those skills are our vision, our balance, and our proprioception. Doing so decreases our pain and dis-ease - and helps us age gracefully.
