Move all your parts. 

Many parts are supposed to move when you breathe. Are you breathing well? In this video, you can see the difference between movement before efficient breathing and movement after the breath has been expanded. Efficient breathing leads to overall better health. The good news is that breathing well is a skill you can learn and practice - with every breath! 

(*in the video I am using a tool designed to help the intercostals and diaphragm do some "weight training")
