Maintaining great fitness means not going more than a few days without moving and overloading your muscles. Our personal goal is not to miss more than two days in a row as fitness gains begin to decline soon after. 10-15 Minute Muscle Blaster
Just your own bodyweight
WORKOUT: (rest as needed)
40 Squats or Squat Jumps
40 Push-Ups: chest to ground / lift hands off ground (...this variation had me on my knees right away - yowza!)
40 Ab Pulses: in a plank position, draw your belly button toward your spine and squeeze abs. Imagine bringing your belt buckle to your chest each squeeze as you draw tummy in.
30 Squats or Squat Jumps
30 Push-Ups, chest to ground / hands lift up
30 Ab Pulses
20 Squats or Squat Jumps
20 Push-Ups, chest to ground / hands lift up
