In response to Governor Baker's directive for all non-essential businesses to close and for the protection of our staff and clients, Henderson, Grealis/TaxSense has made the following changes:
  • Our physical offices will close as of Tuesday, March 24 at 12pm.  However, you can reach our office staff via email or phone Monday- Friday from 9am-2pm. Tax Preparers will be checking their email and phone messages throughout the day. 
  • Pre-scheduled appointments will shift to video conference via Zoom, be conducted over the phone, or be rescheduled after April 7th. 
  • Clients can still mail documents or send them to us through the secure portal.*
  • Tax returns can be uploaded to the portal when completed and will be mailed to clients after April 7th.
  • Clients have the option to upload signed documents through the secure portal or mail them back to us.*
  • Payments can be made by credit card over the phone during our business hours, by check through the mail we can also send a secure link to pay by bank account or credit card upon request. 
*Clients will receive an email from our office when documents have been received.

We realize that change is hard, but your health and the health of our staff is important to us.  We are able to continue to do our job working remotely. Like you, we hope this is shift is temporary. Rest assured, as we continue to serve you, we maintain the standard of excellence that you relied on year after year. With these changes in place, we are still able to help you "keep more of what you earn."
