Patrick Edger and colleagues have shared the genome sequences from the pangenome project pre-publication. The genomes are currently being loaded into GDV and are available in JBrowse. In the coming weeks the genomes will also be available in the BLAST tool and functional annotation information will be added to the mRNAs in the GDV database. We have created a page with links to all the genomes.
