The club would like to thank "all of those who showed support by buying t-shirts, our club sponsor Mr. Purvis, Student Activities director Ms. Johnson and secretary Ms. Brown, communications director Ms. Sullivan and communications specialist Ms. McGoey, and the entire PE and business departments for helping make this all happen."

English teacher John Hoerster will be honored during the commencement ceremony at Amherst College on May 26 with the Swift Moore Teaching Award, which "recognizes three outstanding secondary school teachers who challenged, inspired and moved members of the graduating class." He was nominated by Jana Barber (OPRFHS class of 2015). Learn more here

Senior Chromebooks
At the end of the school year, graduating seniors will be given the option to retain their OPRF-issued Chromebooks for personal use. Seniors will receive an email with the dates for release and the shut off of OPRF Google accounts. Click here for information on how to export Gmail and Google Drive files to a personal account. Once the Chromebooks have been released, you will be able to log in with a personal Google account, and connection to the OPRF management service will be removed.

Gradebook closed May 23 - June 3
The Gradebook portion of Skyward will not be accessible from May 23 through June 3. We do this because Gradebook can be very much in flux at the end of the semester, as teachers work on adding make-up work, retests, and final exam scores. Teachers need this time to finalize grades so that when families access them the grades are accurate. If you have any questions about grades, please check Gradebook and contact teachers with concerns prior to May 23.

Bookstore textbook return
This year, all students will be returning their books to the Bookstore. If you no longer need your books, you may return them before the deadline. The Bookstore is open Mon.-Fri., 7;30 a.m.-3:45 p.m.

Senior deadline: Friday, May 24
Freshman, Sophomore, Junior deadline: Thursday, May 30

Lost and found
All lost and found items must be picked up by June 7. After that date, any remaining items will be donated to charity.

New summer hours, building closed on Fridays
Effective June 3 through July 26, the building will only be open to the public Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. This will not affect Driver’s Education, Sports Camps, and the Summer Musical, which will all continue to operate as previously scheduled.
