Greetings from Laurel True,
I hope you are enjoying your summer!
This year has been quite a busy year for me so far, with a lot of amazing adventures and wonderful people in different parts of the world: US, Argentina, Haiti, Mexico, Turkey and Hungary.
Since the beginning of the year I have worked on fifteen murals and public art projects, many with lots of moving parts and community participation, traveled to 6 countries and 14 cities, and taught four intensive workshops. I was able to carve out a month-long sabbatical in August, which was wonderful and has helped me to slow down and recharge.
Check out the new news items on my homepage for more info about these projects…
As I move into the remainder of the year I’ll be moving at a more sustainable pace, and focusing my energies on conceptual projects and writing.
I will be teaching one more workshop this year, which will be in Mexico at the beautiful Hacienda Mosaico.
I hope you can join me!
