The importance that BIM (Building Information Modeling) has been gaining, throughout the project cycle, is highlighted by the international investment that has been applied by Real Estate, Project Managers, Contractors, Licensing Entities, among others. The use of BIM is now compulsory in some countries and such requirement is foreseen to be a general norm in the near future.
