1. What are some of the biggest challenges that you may have faced while testing software? 
- The biggest challenge that I face as QA Analyst while testing software is last minute changes in application.

2. What are the your primary roles and responsibilities as a QA analyst? 
-The Primary roles and responsibility as a QA Analyst is to deliver a good quality software with client's satisfaction.

3. What is your ideal type of software to test?
- Ideal software depends on type of testing or software requirement, like for load testing, jmeter is a good option.

4. What kinds of testing automation tools do you use?
- Selenium is one of tool that I use for automation testing. It gives indepth support and understanding of software testing. Also helps in doing ample amount of testing with accurate results.

5. How do you plan on dealing with your team members?
- First of all I write down all major defects and then connect with team members according to the priority of critical bugs. I also keep in mind the time availability of each team member. Good communication is key in this case.

6. Is there any vital thing that you have learnt at vDoIT?
- Yes, ofcourse, in vDoIT my experience is very good, vDoIT motivates for exploring new challenges and technologies with excellent support.

7. Which was your proudest moment as a QA Analyst? Do you have any specific memories from any project that you'd like to share with us?
-As a QA Analyst proudest moment was when my first project delivered successfully with client's satisfaction, when client's feedback came it gives happiness that words can't explain. Yeah I have lots of memories, one of them is meetings with team members are fun sometimes.

 

For the past 2.5 years I am working very closely with vDoIT, enrich facilitate our technology needs. They have done a great job of becoming experts in the field of Beach Volleyball and that has really helped them develop our products. We worked on an end to end solution for managing our members, organizing tournaments and leads and they have done a fantastic job at delivering their product on time in a professional manner and on budget. Working with the offshore model has not been an issue with vDoIT, their staff has always been accommodating with our schedules. Communication has been great and projects have all been delivered on time. vDoIT has also done a great job at researching new technologies and meeting us where we need to be and implementing the proper security and integration protocols that we require. I have personally worked very closely with Neetu and she has done an amazing job of leading her team to deliver the solutions that we need. I would definitely encourage anyone looking for and IT Vendor to use vDoIT.
