Blooming Lovely: The latest news from Passion for Flowers

As you will know we regularly work at Hampton Manor, we love this venue not only is it gorgeous and always changing but it's only 10 minutes from our workshop which is a real plus when we have multiple van loads to deliver!

During their last open day, we decorated Elizabth's Court, there were 3 long tables and a top table for us to decorate. We also took the opportunity to create a wild arch around the rustic barn door at the back of the room. These ideas can be incorporated into any venue and the table designs can easily be tweaked for round tables.

Enjoy the photos,

AUTUMN WEDDING CENTREPIECES FOR LONG TABLES – GOLD VASES & TALL GOLD STANDS

Adding gold footed urns and tall gold stands to the long tables creates an opulent look to the tables. Teaming these with flowers and foliage in warm berry tones adds a richness to the designs, small gold posy vases and candlesticks complete the look.

GLASS AND CANDLELIGHT ELEGANT WEDDING CENTREPIECES FOR LONG TABLES

Choose glass vases and a mix of glass footed vases with church candles for an elegant look to your wedding. Blush flowers give a lightness to the look and foliage could be added to entwine through the designs.

GOLD FLORAL STANDS WITH LARGE FOLIAGE ARRANGEMENTS AND BRASS LANTERNS ALONG THE LONG TABLES

Foliage is very much a firm favourite for long tables and these elevated designs on gold stands create a wow factor look to the tables. Here we set brass lanterns with church candles to add interest to the table and echo the shape of the stands.

ORGANIC STYLE WEDDING ARCH - ASYMMETRIC DOORWAY

This gorgeous wooden door at Hampton Manor is in the main dining room of Elizabeth’s Court. I’ve been eyeing it up for ages wanting to create something gorgeous and floral around it to make even more of a statement than it already is.

The 2 floral posts could be used anywhere, often we create something similar at an entrance to a church or between large pillars and arches within venues.

If you are looking for a florist for your 2019 wedding please get in touch. Our diary fills up, we dedicate our time to you and only take on around 30 weddings per year keeping things exclusive.
