Transcend Exhibition
image 600
Our gallery's new exhibition is a soulful and ethereal collaboration between contemporary artist Haruyo Morita and video artist Jennie Feyen. The exhibition, titled Transcend, features series of works from their individual practices. Morita paints portraits, not of her subjects' physical forms but of their energy depicted as beautiful orbs of colour on canvas. Feyen's video installations draw inspiration from the modern Japanese dance form of butoh and folklore. Morita and Feyen will also combine their artistic talents to create an interactive piece specially for Transcend. See the exhibition from July 9
