  • During Matan Companies' 14-day "Food From the Heart" food drive in February, real estate company Matan collected 667 pounds of food from their Milestone Business Park and 270 Corporate Center tenants and employees. The final donations of food were delivered earlier this week to the Manna Food Center. In total, over the past 6 years. Matan has collected over 4,800 pounds of food for the Manna Food Center. GREAT JOB!**Every Wednesday is Kid's Day at Paisano's Gaithersburg. The GGCC will hold its 11th Annual Wine Tasting at the Kentlands Mansion. Each ticket includes a wine-tasting glass and tastings. The Gaithersburg-Germantown Chamber will hold two candidate forums in light of the upcoming Gubernatorial Primary Elections slated for June. These are the "Biggest Candidate Forums in the Upcounty!" Press and the public are invited to join us & the Rockville Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday, May 6 for a lunch with the County Council District 3 Candidates at the Hilton Gaithersburg. Flags For Our Heroes; everyone has a Hero!. Military, First Responder, Teacher: Honor them with a 6’ American flag this Memorial Day weekend. Over 500 illuminated flags will be displayed on the grassy hill at Summit Hall/Bohrer Park along... Route 355 in Gaithersburg. Each flag tagged with the names of the personal hero and donor.
